Expressive art therapy promotes emotional growth through the creative process using a variety of art forms to unravel and heal from within. Expressive art therapy may include, but is not limited to, drawing, painting, mixed media, music, writing, sculpture, and movement. These sessions are unique to each person/group and materials exploration is dependent on each participant’s needs and desires.
